Cap'n Coconuts's Ol' Compositions #10: Anathema

I used to have a second version of this that had more variation in the sawtooth line and was just overall better. Back up your files, kids!

Cap'n Coconuts's Ol' Compositions #7: Final Fight with Hate

This is the last arrangement of Addicted to Hate. Honest. You can tell that this piece was partly inspired by the Zero Two's theme in Kirby 64: the Crystal Shards.

Cap'n Coconuts's Ol' Compositions #6: Surrounded by Hate

Oh boy, how many of these things do I have?

Actually, this one has a completely different melody (excluding the intro). It was made in a time when I didn't know what FamiTracker was. So I used an 8bit SoundFont instead! Credit for the .sf2 goes to TheEighthBit.

Cap'n Coconuts's Ol' Compositions #5: Brief Fight with Hate

Yet another arrangement of Addicted to Hate! You'd think I'd be obsessed by now.

Cap'n Coconuts's Ol' Compositions #3: Addicted to Hate

I composed this little ditty when thinking about Westboro Baptist Church. The name of this piece comes from a very large court document compiled by Jon Michael Bell containing very useful biographical information about Fred Phelps and his family. Canadian journalist Alyzza S. Martin got a hold of it and edited it to improve grammar and language flow.

You should read it, but prepare in advance to be depressed.

Cap'n Coconuts's Ol' Compositions #2: Battle with a Different Boss

I decided after the first of these videos that my audio videos should look at least somewhat pretty.

This is the boss counterpart to Battle with a Different Foe.

Cap'n Coconuts's Ol' Compositions #1: Battle with a Different Foe

Inspired by the Final Fantasy series, this piece sounds like it could well fit into one of the games. I was going to use it in a video series, but I canned that series when I decided that it sucked.

Looking back, there are some things I could do to improve the piece. I guess I'll just have to make an new arrangement sometime! :)
